• Are at least 18 years of age

Psynopsis provides AI-assisted psychiatric documentation tools designed to help mental health professionals streamline their clinical documentation workflow. The Service includes:

• AI-powered documentation assistance
• Clinical templates and workflows
• Browser extension functionality
• Secure document storage

4. Professional Responsibility

Important: Psynopsis is a documentation assistance tool, not a clinical decision-making system. You are solely responsible for:

• All clinical decisions and diagnoses
• Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
• Ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to access unauthorized data
• Use the Service in a way that could harm patients or violate HIPAA

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI SIMP LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any clinical documentation you create using the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI SIMP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI SIMP LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
